Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Right Nature Labs. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final
Sales of supplements and other physical products are final. Returns cannot be accepted due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued solely at the discretion of Right Nature Labs and are subject to a $15 service fee. Requests for refunds must be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will assist you with a refund or a replacement at no additional cost.

4. Shipping and Delivery Issues
Right Nature Labs is not responsible for inaccuracies in shipping addresses provided by customers, customs-related delays or seizures, or undeliverable shipments. If a refund is granted under these circumstances, the $15 service fee will still apply.

5. Product Quality Concerns
Any concerns related to product quality must be reported within 30 days of delivery. In such cases, if a refund is approved, it will not be subject to the $15 restocking fee.

6. Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after confirmation. Refunds requested after 30 days from the date of purchase will not be issued.
